RSD Staffing hires Landscaping Crew Members year-round across South Florida, from Tampa to Miami. If you take pride in a clean, sharp finish and like working outdoors as part of a team, we can put you to work fast — no experience required, because we train you on the job.

What you'll do

Mow, trim, edge, and blow to a clean, consistent finish on every property.
Plant and maintain beds — mulching, weeding, pruning, and seasonal color.
Remove clippings, debris, and green waste and leave each site tidy.
Care for hand tools and power equipment: fuel, clean, and report issues.
Work as a crew — keep pace, communicate, and help the route finish on time.

What you'll need

Able to work outdoors in Florida heat for a full shift.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
Reliable transportation to the shop or daily meeting point.
No experience required — we provide the training.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not a requirement.

Landscaping Crew Driver

RSD Staffing needs dependable Landscaping Crew Drivers across South Florida, from Tampa to Miami. You do everything the crew does — and you get the team to the job safely, lead the morning load-out, and run the route. A valid license and clean driving record are required, and drivers earn a pay premium for the added responsibility.

What you'll do

Drive the crew truck and trailer safely between the shop and job sites.
Lead the morning load-out and follow the day's route and schedule.
Secure equipment and trailer loads; complete basic pre-trip checks.
Mow, trim, edge, blow, plant, and maintain beds alongside the crew.
Remove debris, care for equipment, and keep every site clean and on time.

What you'll need

Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) — required.
Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable towing and maneuvering a loaded equipment trailer.
Reliable and punctual — the crew's day starts with you.
Landscaping experience helps; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
